Stonemar completes 10,000 s/f lease extension to Hobby Lobby in Ark.
Hobby Lobby, a major crafts chain and anchor tenant, has agreed to an early renewal and 10,000 s/f lease expansion to approximately 62,000 s/f at Bernard Court Shopping Center.
The renewal, which includes extending the long-term lease by another 13 years, was signed with Stonemar Properties, owner-manager of Bernard Court since 2007.
The crafts store agreed to extend its original 18-year lease, due to expire in 2011, by an additional 13 years to 2024 with an additional five-year option.
