Stone of GFP leases 3,886 s/f to Skip Protocol

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC said that Skip Protocol, Inc. (Skip), a blockchain infrastructure provider has signed a new three-and-a-half-year lease for 3,886 s/f on the 10th floor of 740 Bdwy. in NoHo.

Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca, and Brittany Silver of Newmark, and Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, Lafayette-Astor Associates, LLC. Dennis Someck, Justin Myers, and Rachel Kirkham of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

The company will use the newly renovated space for its general and executive offices; the space was previously occupied by Smart Window providers Elevecture and View.

740 Bdwy. is a 12-story, 152,000 s/f loft building designed by Francis Kimball.
