Stewart and Morris of Cronheim secure $8.94m for mixed-use center
Andrew Stewart and Dev Morris of David Cronheim Mortgage Corp. have secured financing of $8.94 million for 755 Co-Op City Blvd., a 37,911 s/f retail and office center. The loan was placed for a 10-year term. ?
The subject property is an office building, with an additional 37,089 s/f of below-ground storage space. The College of New Rochelle occupies 32,611 s/f on a long-term lease.
