Cignature Realty Associates closed a $6.325 million sale of 547 West 157th St. between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. in Hamilton Heights.
The six-story elevator apartment building with 48 apartments sold for 10.7 times the current rent roll. The 52,896 s/f building was built in 1912.
Cignature's Lazer Sternhell and Peter Vanderpool represented the buyer, 547 West 157th Street Holdings LLC/a private investor from Florida, and the seller, 547 Associates Inc., a local real estate owner.
