Steinberg of Lee & Assocs. NYC leases 4,800 s/f to My Gym

Brooklyn, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented My Gym in the signing of a 4,800 s/f lease for its third location in the borough, situated on the mezzanine level at City Point, 445 Albee Sq.

Garry Steinberg of Lee & Associates NYC represented My Gym. Corey Lober, director of leasing for City Point, represented the building owner, Acadia Realty Trust.

Anticipated to open its doors in August 2024, the new location at City Point marks a significant milestone for My Gym’s continued expansion and commitment to providing top-rated kids’ activity facilities in Brooklyn. With over 700 locations worldwide, My Gym has garnered a reputation for engaging classes and unforgettable birthday party experiences.

“We are delighted to bring My Gym’s unique blend of fun and fitness to the vibrant community at City Point,” said Steinberg. “This is the thrid location that Lee & Associates has procured for My Gym, and we look forward to locating additional sites in Brooklyn for them.”

City Point, already home to a diverse array of retail and entertainment options, including Target, Trader Joe’s, Alamo Drafthouse, and DeKalb Market, will now welcome My Gym as its newest addition. With its location downtown, City Point provides the perfect backdrop for My Gym’s expansion efforts.
