Sher Tremonte, LLP, a premier litigation firm, has signed a new lease at 80 Broad St., occupying 3,822 rentable s/f on the 13th floor for a 5-year term. Sher Tremonte specializes in complex commercial litigation as well as trust and estate litigation in addition to several other practice areas. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Seth Hecht of Colliers International represented the tenant in this transaction.
