Stein and Vacker of Himmel + Meringoff broker 10,000 s/f lease

Gracious Home has relocated its corporate headquarters to 158 West 27th St. in the Chelsea neighborhood. The company has signed a 10-year, 10,000 s/f lease to occupy the entire top floor of the 12-story, 117,000 s/f building owned by Himmel + Meringoff Properties. The first new tenant to sign a lease since Himmel + Meringoff acquired the building last December, Gracious Home moved in immediately after having been temporarily accommodated on a lower floor of the building while their permanent office was being built. Mark Stein and Jason Vacker led the Himmel + Meringoff leasing team. Josh Sands of ReCom acted on behalf of the tenant.
