Stegner, Warren and Sack of CBRE|Buffalo complete sealed bid sale

CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo was the exclusive representative for National Grid in the sale of the 2.8 acre parcel and 9,400 s/f building located at 70 North Forest Rd. CBRE|Buffalo was engaged by National Grid to market the property for sale. A sealed bid process was chosen, resulting in attracting interest from purchasers both in the WNY area as well as outside the region. Out of the multiple bids received, the successful bidder for the sale of the property was Iskalo Development. The sales price was undisclosed. The CBRE|Buffalo team consisted of Shana Stegner, Sarah Cashimere-Warren and marketing director Lindsey Sack.
