Stegner and Blake of CBRE arrange 6,000 s/f lease to ADT Security

ADT Security Services Inc., will be relocating to Riverview Commerce Park. The company will be leasing 6,000 s/f of flex office space at 400 Riverwalk Pwy. Shana Stegner of CBRE represented ADT and Steve Blake of CBRE represented Riverview. Riverview Commerce Park encompasses 180 acres of Empire zoned land. Thomas Montante, the developer of Riverview Commerce Park, has now begun construction on 600 Riverwalk Pwy. This building will consist of 32,000 s/f of office space and 72,000 s/f of warehouse space and occupancy is expected for the fall.
