Bronx, NY A fully detached, legal two-family property located at 1923 Harrison Ave. in the Morris Heights section of the borough has traded for $1 million. The asset was acquired by Jacob Stavsky and Max Orlofsky of Stav Equities LLC from the Villafane family, who had owned the property since 1973.
Situated on a high-density R7 zoned lot, the buyer plans to redevelop the site into a 34-unit residential building. Construction timelines have not yet been announced and will be subject to approvals.
