Stark of Prudential Douglas Elliman brokers four leases

According to Bob Stark, licensed broker associate - commercial coordinator of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, he recently completed the following leases: 797 Old Country Rd.: Stark acted for the landlord and the tenant, for a Thrift Shop, with the lease of 5 years with options. 915 W. Beach St., Long Beach: Stark acted for the tenant, Bank Of America, in their 15-year lease with 4-5 year options. 111 Cedarhurst Ave., Cedarhurst: Stark represented the landlord while Randy Green of Pugatch Realty represented Kosher Sushi Tenant for a 10 year lease with options. Hargale Ct., Oceanside: Stark represented a contractor tenant while Debbie Gusler Walsh of Petrey Realty represented the property's landlord for a 5-year lease.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
