Stalco Construction promotes Serpe to vice president

Stalco Construction, Inc. promoted Joseph Serpe to vice president. Stalco is currently ranked as the 75th largest contractor in the nation by Building Design & Construction magazine. Serpe's responsibilities include overall management of all Stalco construction operations, supervision of the firm's project management and superintendent staff, management of selected projects as executive project manager, and mentorship of junior project management personnel. Serpe will also increase his role in developing and implementing Stalco's business strategy aimed at geographical expansion, business development activities and growing the firm's pre-engineered structures design/build affiliate, Stalco International Group.
