Stahlnecker Smith of MJ Peterson Real Estate receives 2014 Largest Sale award from NYSCAR
Dorothy Stahlnecker Smith, associate real estate broker with MJ Peterson Real Estate, was awarded the 2014 Largest Broker-Assisted Sales Transaction by the WNY chapter of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) earlier this month in Buffalo.
Stahlnecker, a Williamsville native, was directly responsible for the coordination and sale of an 875-unit group of multi-family properties, earning her this coveted award and industry recognition.
"Dorothy is a tremendous asset to our Commercial Division. She makes us all very proud," said Victor Peterson III, president of MJ Peterson.
In addition to her illustrious real estate career, Stahlnecker is a Speaker Ambassador for Komen since 2010 and is herself a 4 time cancer survivor. She is an advocate of early detection and awareness of the disease.
