Britt Raymond

Manhattan, NY SRS Real Estate Partners promoted Britt Raymond to managing director and market leader for the New York Capital Markets team. In her new role she will provide guidance to the local brokers through day-to-day leadership, management, and business development for the New York Capital Markets team.

Raymond joined SRS more than five years ago with her partner, Kyle Fant, to expand SRS’ National Net Lease Group presence into the region. Throughout her career she has closed more than $2.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She has established herself as an expert in the industry and has been recognized as a GlobeSt. Women of Influence in 2020 and 2022, Connect CRE Next Generation winner for the Tristate in 2022, CREXI Platinum Broker 2022, and a New York Real Estate Journal Women in Real Estate Spotlight. She has been recognized internally as a top producer and a top achiever, and made the $1 million club last year, which recognizes the group of brokers who closed more than $1 million in transactions over the year.

Raymond has been instrumental in the growth of SRS’ women-in-brokerage group, SOAR, providing leadership and guidance, and taking a large role in planning their annual events.

“I am excited to grow our office in New York with talented agents that can benefit from the SRS platform. I can speak to my personal experience and how this company has helped me to grow my business exponentially,” said Raymond.

“Britt and Kyle have been an integral part of the National Net Lease Group and its growth for over five years. In addition to recruiting several brokers for SRS, they have grown their business substantially and are well respected and liked by both their peers and clients. Under Britt’s leadership as market leader for capital markets in New York City we expect to further grow the SRS brand and presence in one of the world’s premier financial centers,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal, SRS’ National Net Lease Group.
