A seven-story, elevator apartment building at 512 West 151st St. has sold for $3.725 million, according to Ariel Property Advisors.
The 50-footwide multifamily property, located in the Hamilton Heights section, is 31,500 gross s/f and consists of 28 rent stabilized units, two of which are one-bedroom units, and 26 are two-bedroom units.
The seller was 512 Equities Inc. and the buyer a private investor. Victor Sozio, vice president Ariel Property Advisors, brokered the sale.
