Port Washington, NY According to ACC Space, the firm has completed two leases totaling 10,550 s/f.
Virsig, LLC, and CSI Security & Electric, Inc. d/b/a Centennial Security Integration have relocated their corporate offices from Astoria, Queens. The two companies each leased 3,500 s/f of second floor flex/office space and a total of 3,050 s/f of air conditioned first floor warehouse space.
The landlord, Milvado Properties was self-represented while Joseph Sorbara and Chip Entwistle of ACC Space represented the tenants. Both companies intend to expand their new offices and operational warehouse space. The moves are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2020.

VIRSIG’s new offices will be on a modern campus on the North Shore of Long Island; the new location is less than an hour by car (18 miles) from Manhattan, or 45 minutes via the Long Island Railroad.
