Sorbara, Entwistle of ACC Space broker two leases; Milvado Props. is landlord

Port Washington, NY According to ACC Space, the firm has completed two leases totaling 10,550 s/f.

Virsig, LLC, and CSI Security & Electric, Inc. d/b/a Centennial Security Integration have relocated their corporate offices from Astoria, Queens. The two companies each leased 3,500 s/f of second floor flex/office space and a total of 3,050 s/f of air conditioned first floor warehouse space.

The landlord, Milvado Properties was self-represented while Joseph Sorbara and Chip Entwistle of ACC Space represented the tenants. Both companies intend to expand their new offices and operational warehouse space. The moves are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2020.

Brian Valenza, VIRSIG’s CEO said, “[This relocation] is a great sign of the strength of our economy and workforce, we are looking forward to the future.” 

VIRSIG’s new offices will be on a modern campus on the North Shore of Long Island; the new location is less than an hour by car (18 miles) from Manhattan, or 45 minutes via the Long Island Railroad. VIRSIG, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is focused on protecting both people and infrastructure, through protective and logical security activities. VIRSIG’s design and engineering technology activities lends itself to the protection of organizations through innovative systems, custom-engineered software applications, specialized hardware, and secure high-speed monitored networks. 

Christian Cahill, executive VP of Centennial said, “We are extremely excited for our move after building CSI and our reputation over the past 15 years.” 

Centennial Security Integration is a full-service security and video surveillance installation and integration company that was established in 2004 and is dedicated to providing security solutions for their commercial and governmental clients.
