Someck and Myers of Lee & Associates represent Pearl World in 8,800 s/f lease at Carnegie Hall Tower

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Pearl World Inc. in a 12-year, 8,800 s/f lease at the iconic Carnegie Hall Tower at 152 West 57th St. in the Plaza District. The cosmetics company will lease the entire 48th floor and plan to use the space as its showroom and office.

Dennis Someck and Justin Myers with Lee & Associates NYC represented Pearl World, and Matt Leon with Newmark represented the landlord, TF Cornerstone. Pearl World will be relocating from its location at 37 West 57th St.

“Pearl World is a leading cosmetics company, having experienced meteoric growth over the past seven years,” said Someck, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “Beginning in a modest 700 s/f space in the Plaza District many years ago, this new location is a testament to their success. We’re thrilled to have been able to help them find their next home.”
