Smolyansky, Bergey and Siegel of CBRE broker 4,500 s/f lease at 125 Fifth Avenue
CBRE Group, Inc. has completed a 4,500 s/f lease of the entire 4th floor at 125 Fifth Ave. on behalf of SHIFT Communications, an integrated communications agency that also has offices in Boston and San Francisco.
Arkady Smolyansky, of CBRE's New York City office, negotiated the deal on behalf of SHIFT. CBRE's Matthew Bergey and Stuart Siegel represented ownership, Prime Properties Inc. SHIFT will relocate from the 14th floor of 915 Broadway.
"SHIFT is excited to have the opportunity to lease a full floor in the heart of the Flatiron district," said Smolyansky.
"125 Fifth Ave. is an incredible building that recently underwent a complete renovation that included a new lobby, exterior and elevator," said Siegel.
The five-story, 21,060 s/f building is located between 19th and 20th streets and currently has vacancies on the 2nd and 5th floors.
