Smith of Friedman-Roth reps seller in $7 million sale
Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC has brokered the sale of a corner six-story elevator apartment building located on Brightwater Court in the Brighton Beach section. The apartment building contains 41 residential units and one professional office. The building was sold for $7 million. Joseph Smith of Friedman-Roth represented the seller while Nadeem Haque and Phil Ragone of Friedman-Roth represented the purchaser. Smith originally sold the building to the sellers in 2005.
