Manhattan, NY Cristina Wark has joined Slate Property Group (Slate), an owner, operator and developer of residential and commercial real estate as director of leasing.
In this role, Wark heads up Abode Residential, Slate’s in-house residential brokerage arm, and leads leasing strategy across Slate’s portfolio, including oversight of both market rate and affordable assets. She will play a key role in driving occupancy, optimizing rental performance and supporting overall asset value.

Prior to joining Slate, Wark served as vice president of residential leasing at HUBBNYC, where she oversaw leasing operations for a portfolio of 2,000 units across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. During her tenure, she played a key role in maximizing rental revenue while advancing asset-level growth with technology driven initiatives. Wark began her career at Olshan Properties, where she managed leasing for a portfolio of approximately 1,000 units. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Farmingdale.
