SL Green signs new 24,000 s/f lease at 100 Park Ave. - building is 100% leased

Manhattan, NY SL Green Realty Corp. said that Turner & Townsend has signed a new 12-year lease covering 24,394 s/f on the sixth floor of 100 Park Ave., bringing the building to 100% leased. 

“We’re proud to welcome Turner & Townsend to 100 Park Avenue,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s executive vice president, director of leasing and real property. “This lease reflects the on-going demand we’re seeing from tenants seeking high-quality office space near Grand Central Terminal.”

100 Park Ave. is a 36-story, 905,000 s/f office tower located steps from Grand Central Terminal. The building’s amenities include a hospitality friendly lounge, conference space, golf simulator, game room, personal training studio, and executive travel showers. Major tenants include AlphaSights and Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, LLC. 

Turner & Townsend is a multinational professional services company specializing in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

Turner & Townsend was represented by Mary Ann Tighe, Stephen Eynon and Alessia Lawson of CBRE. The landlord was represented by Harry Blair, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce and Pierce Hance of Cushman & Wakefield.
