SL Green signs Kauff McGuire & Margolis to 17,320 s/f lease at 810 Seventh Ave.

Manhattan, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP has signed a new 10-year, 17,320 s/f lease at 810 Seventh Ave. covering the entire 33rd floor.

This lease follows other recent leases with Mirae Asset Securities, Berkley Research Group, BOND NY RE Corp and Bragar, Eagel & Squire covering almost 100,000 s/f.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Kauff McGuire & Margolis to 810 Seventh Ave.,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “The building has recently enjoyed significant leasing success due to a combination of new tenant leases and existing tenant expansions resulting from organic growth and accelerated return to office policies.”

810 Seventh Ave. is a class A office building located in the Plaza District. Designed by architects Kahn & Jacobs, the building features tower floors with six corners and Central Park views, a new Convene-operated conference center and a 200+ on-site parking garage.

The tenant was represented by Peter Trivelas, Justin Royce and Justin Sodokoff of Cushman & Wakefield, and the landlord was represented by Harry Blair, Tara Stacom, Barry Zeller, and Pierce Hance of Cushman & Wakefield.
