Skyline Properties brokers $32 million off market 34,000 s/f Queens shopping center

6101 Springfield Blvd.

Queens, NY Skyline Properties sells 6101 Springfield Blvd. in Oakland Gardens to the Lee Family for $32 million in an off-market transaction.

Earlier this year Skyline Properties also completed the following off-market transactions: an affordable housing property located at 246 West 116 th St. for $6.3 million and a mixed-use property located at 165-167 Eldridge St. for $19.275 million.

On the sale of 6101 Springfield Blvd., Skyline Properties’ Robert Khodadadian, Daniel Shirazi & Stephen Alcala represented both Buyer and the Seller in this off market transaction.

Alredo Li, seller of the property said, “This property has been owned and operated by my family for over 40 years. Although, we had no interest in selling, Skyline Properties reached out to us persistently to let us know that they had a buyer that was interested and that they would pay a premium. As an owner, I get calls from brokers all the time, so I initially ignored them. However, their persistence in calling me for over a year intrigued me enough to call them back to hear what they had to say. Without Skyline’s knowledge this deal would not have closed."
