Sioni & Partners hires five new employees: Wu, Payano, Cohen, Ruane and Abel

Sioni & Partners has hired the following five employees: * Chris Wu joined the company as an investment sales associate. He will primarily focus on the Lower submarket of Manhattan. Prior to joining Sioni, Wu worked on the management and business development side of several tech/media companies. Wu graduated from NYU with a dual B.S. degree in Mathematics and Economics Theory. *Armando Payano joined the company as an associate in the Multi-Housing Group with a focus on the Bronx market. Prior to Sioni, he worked on the operations team at Bloomberg L.P. the financial media company. Armando has a B.S in Communications from Queens College. * Yaron Cohen joined Sioni as an investment sales associate, specializing in the Upper Manhattan and Bronx multifamily markets. Previously, he worked as an analyst at DTZ Rockwood, an investment banking firm. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a dual degree. He earned a B.S. from Sy Syms School of Business with a concentration in Finance and an associate in Arts from Isaac Brewer College. * Thomas Ruane joined Sioni as an associate in the Multi-Housing Group with a focus on the Upper East Side submarket of Manhattan. Prior to Sioni, he helped run a National Congressional Campaign in Phoenix, Ariz. for Ben Quayle. He graduated from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pa. in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration. * Jonathan Abel joined Sioni as an associate in the Multi-Housing Group. He moved to N.Y.C. after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
