Moses Sioni of Sioni Partners brokered the sale of a building located at 1275 Edward L. Grant Hwy. for $3.625 million or $60,000 per unit.
The property is a six-story elevator building with 61 residential units and 4,000 s/f of usable retail space and is located within walking distance to the 167th St. station (4 subway line).
Sioni exclusively represented the seller, Anlovi Corp., the buyer was a Brooklyn investor.
