Sinisgalli of Citywide brokers 7,500 s/f, 25-year lease to Checkers

Gary Sinisgalli of Citywide Real Estate Brokerage recently completed a 7,500 s/f, 25-year lease for Checkers. The site, located at 797 Pennsylvania Ave., will be the first drive-thru location for Checkers. The landlord is the Renaissance Realty Group, LLC headed by Adir Cohen.The franchisees for Checkers is F.D.R. Holdings headed by Dominink Detore, Frank Malangone and Roy Ranierie.
