Simone Development Companies signs long-term leases at 1733 Eastchester Rd.

Bronx, NY Simone Development Companies signed two new long-term leases totaling 9,267 s/f at 1733 Eastchester Rd., a medical and office property.

Bronx Endovascular Center has leased 6,663 s/f on the ground floor, while Catholic Charities – Beacon of Hope has signed a 2,604 s/f lease on the second floor. Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams negotiated both transactions. Bronx Endovascular Center was represented by Laurence London & Co.

“These new leases reflect the continued demand for high-quality medical and office space in the Bronx,” said Joe Simone, president of Simone Development Companies. “We’re thrilled to welcome Bronx Endovascular and Catholic Charities – two organizations making a real impact in the community. 1733 Eastchester Rd. offers excellent visibility, modern infrastructure, and a strategic location in one of the borough’s most active healthcare and business areas.”

Catholic Charities, which operates multiple locations across New York City, adds to its Bronx footprint with this new office, complementing its presence at 2510 Westchester Ave. This is Bronx Endovascular Center’s first and only location.

1733 Eastchester Rd. features medical and office space, on-site parking, and access to major highways and public transportation. The 27,275 s/f, two-story property is also located on a visible road, offering potential for building signage.
