Simone Development and Argent Ventures to be honored at BOMA Westchester dinner May 12th
White Plains, NY According to the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester, (BOMA) Simone Development Cos. and Argent Ventures will be the honorees at BOMA’s 30th Annual Hall of Honor Awards Dinner to be held Thursday, May 12 at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown. The honorees will be recognized for their contributions to Westchester’s economy.
Simone Development Cos. is a fully integrated private real estate investment and development company that acquires and develops healthcare, mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and residential properties. Additionally, the Distinguished Service Award will be presented to All First Responders of Westchester County. Richard Wishnie, commissioner of Emergency Services of Westchester County, will be accepting the award on their behalf.
The dinner will also feature the winners of the Best of BOMA Westchester County Signature Awards and the Unsung Hero Award.
