Andrew Simon, executive managing director at NAI Global's New York City office and associate Robert Kluge represented The Government of Flanders for the Investment and Trade Office, the Office of Tourism and Flanders House, a cultural promotion entity, in the lease of 7,400 s/f at the New York Times building, 620 Eighth Ave. Evan Haskell from CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Forest City Ratner. The transaction is valued at $7.5 million.
