Silver, Sciacca and Rubin of NKF lease 64,000 s/f at L&L Holding's 195 Broadway
The Knot Inc. has leased 64,000 s/f for its new corporate headquarters at 195 Broadway.
The company, which expects to relocate from its present offices at 462 Broadway in Soho this fall, will occupy the entire 25th floor and half of the 24th floor at the distinctive 29-story, one-million s/f building, which is owned by L&L Holding Co., LLC. The lease brings 195 Broadway to 90% occupancy.
Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Neil Rubin of Newmark Knight Frank represented The Knot while Simon Wasserberger and Andrew Wiener represented the building's ownership.
