Silver of Treeline reps. owner in 15,000 s/f lease
The Visiting Nurses Association of L.I. has signed a long-term renewal for its 15,000 s/f offices at the Treeline Cos.' 100 Garden City Plaza. Kraig Silver, senior VP of Treeline, represented the owner. Steve Tomback of Schacker Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
The Visiting Nurse Association of Long Island, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing home health and community based services which enhance quality of life for clients and their families. They have been providing quality home health care services to the Long Island community for 95 years.

Located adjacent Roosevelt Field Mall, 100 Garden City Plaza is a five-story, Class A office property. The131,000 sq. ft building was built in1969 and renovated in 2001. Other tenants in the building include Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy, Rosenberg Calica and Birney, and Norcatec, a defense contractor.
