Silver joins Coldwell Banker Commercial REalta Group

Commercial real estate veteran and expert, Jay Silver, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial REalta Group as vice president of leasing. Silver will serve as the lead broker for one of the largest commercial property portfolios in Long Island, comprising more than 3.6 million s/f of industrial, office, retail, warehouse and R&D properties throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. "We are delighted to add Jay to the CBC REalta Group team," said Brad Pincus, principal of CBC REalta Group. "Jay brings an outstanding knowledge and understanding of the overall Long Island marketplace and will play an integral role on our brokerage team. His hands-on approach will continue our deep commitment to the success of our clients and he will be working directly with Long Island Industrial to ensure that their properties are prominently represented in the market."
