Commercial real estate veteran and expert, Jay Silver, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial REalta Group as vice president of leasing. Silver will serve as the lead broker for one of the largest commercial property portfolios in Long Island, comprising more than 3.6 million s/f of industrial, office, retail, warehouse and R&D properties throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.
