Silva named senior director at Helmsley-Spear, LLC
According to Kent Swig, president of HelmsleySpear, LLC, the firm has appointed David Silva as senior director within the investment sales department.
Silva brings 15 years of marketing and sales within the New York investment-grade commercial real estate market, working with leading firms, such as Halstead Property, Corcoran, and Metropolitan Property.
Silva's deep understanding of complex transactions along with his expertise in the luxury market will ensure HelmsleySpear's continued success by providing an experienced and innovative approach to ensure seamless transactions. Previous to HelmsleySpear, Mr. Silva was an agent with Halstead Property.
