Silber Investment Properties completes 3 transactions totaling $6.695 million

Syosset-based Silber Investment Properties Ltd. has recently closed several deals on Long Island. Adam Silber, Clem Cote, and Anthony Ciafardoni represented both the purchaser and seller on the sale of an 8,800 s/f net-leased CVS located in the heart of Garden City on Franklin Ave. for $4.37 million. The time from contract signing to closing took less than two months. A 7-Eleven and laundromat on West John St. in Hicksville was sold to a private investor for $1.3 million. The buyer and seller were represented by Ciafardoni and Silber. In East Setauket, Frank Caporrino and Jerry Mancini represented the purchaser and seller of a free-standing Shell Station located at 195 Main St. The purchase price was $1.025 million. Since its inception, Silber Investment Properties has facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions throughout Long Island.
