Siano of Sabre arranges 600 s/f lease for DASH boutique

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease for a pop up, summer location for DASH, the boutique clothing and accessories chain operated by Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian. The store will be featured in the Kardashian's new reality-TV show to be taped on the East End this summer. The Kardashian's DASH boutique will be located at 64 Jobs Ln., the exclusive seaside resort community's main shopping district. "We carefully selected the subject location in a courtyard conveniently located on Jobs Ln.," said Jayson Siano, managing principal at Sabre, who worked for several months with the Kardashian's in their hunt for a Hampton's pop up location on the East End. "This corridor has the perfect high-end boutique fashion co-tenancy for DASH." "Due to their high profile, I kept my client under wraps during the search until we decided to pursue a potential location. It was truly amazing how many locations throughout East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Southampton I was told along the way that the Kardashians would be occupying for their boutique," said Siano. Nearby shops to the chosen site include Brahmin, Ralph Lauren, Missoni Home, Alice & Olivia, Vilebrequin, Haute Hippie, Malia Mills, Jildor Shoes and Magaschoni, just to name a few. The DASH boutique will occupy 600 s/f in a courtyard between The Driver's Seat restaurant and a Joe Fresh shop. Contrary to published reports, Siano said, DASH is paying $40,000 rent for the season. Morley Quatroche, Jr. of The Morley Agency Inc represented the landlord, Irma Herzog. "The market has corrected and there is almost no vacancy in Southampton. We are wrapping up another pop up deal at 29 Hampton Rd. across from the new Citarella. This is the last remaining pop-up opportunity in downtown Southampton," said Siano. DASH's Southampton location will be a temporary shop open just for the summer, and its Manhattan store at 119 Spring St. in SoHo will continue to operate, Siano said. DASH also operates stores in Miami Beach, Florida and West Hollywood, California. In March, E!, the cable TV network, announced the sisters will star in "Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons," to be aired in the fall. The new series follows Kourtney, her longtime companion Scott Disick, and Khloé, and their business dealings with DASH.
