Siano of CBRE L.I. brokers 1,900 s/f Five Guys lease

Five Guys Burgers & Fries have opened a new location at 350 Rte. 110. The national burger chain opened its fifth location on L.I. in 1,900 s/f of retail space at the Huntington Shopping Center. Jayson Siano, a top retail real estate broker at CB Richard Ellis' L.I. office, arranged the long-term lease transaction on behalf of Five Guys Burgers & Fries. "The Rte. 110 corridor was a 'no brainer' for this concept: The regional shopping as well as residential and daytime population will keep them busy for both lunch and dinner seven days a week" said Siano. The shop joins other major national retailers at Huntington Shopping Center including Bed, Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Petsmart, Michael's, Lesters and Verizon Wireless, among others.
