Shmaruk and Sherman of The Manhattes Group secure 826 s/f lease for Boom Sushi

The Manhattes Group secured a retail lease for Boom Sushi, a new quick-service made-to-order sushi concept which focuses on premium ingredients at 141 8th Ave., located between 16th and 17th St., in the borough's Chelsea neighborhood. Boom Sushi's goal is to consistently serve delicious, high-quality sushi quickly while keeping it affordable so that healthy food choices are accessible to everyone. Boom Sushi is passionate about the quality of our premium ingredients insuring that customers will taste the difference on their first bite. Boom Sushi is always healthful, delicious, fresh and fast. Boom Sushi plans to open in the coming weeks. The landlord was represented by Ben Birnbaum and Mark Utreras of Newmark Retail, while Alan Shmaruk and Michael Sherman of The Manhattes Group represented Boom Sushi. The asking rent on the space was $250 per s/f and the space totals 826 s/f.
