The ten-year non-recourse loan of $3.85 million has a fixed interest rate of 3.55% for five years with the first two years, interest only. The interest rate resets after five years at a spread over six months libor. Sheldon Stahl and Fred Stahl of Houlihan Parnes arranged the loan on behalf of an affiliated entity, and CLK Properties.
