Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited closed a 28,655 s/f lease with a total aggregate value of $14 million at Two Manhattanville Rd. The deal was closed by brokers Barry Shaw, senior managing director, and Stanley Conway, managing director of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Shaw and Conway represented Kobrand Corp. in the negotiations.
