Bellport, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $5.8 million. The loan was placed for a development site of 76,950 gross s/f to be constructed into an 894-unit self storage facility. David Sessa, senior associate, and Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.
