Manhattan, NY KSR has appointed four new senior professionals across capital markets, retail leasing, and operations. Joining the firm are Mark Seruya, senior managing director for capital markets; Sam Sabin, senior director for retail leasing; Abie Dwek, senior director for retail leasing; and Greg Rogers, director of operations.
Seruya brings more than four decades of experience in high-level financial and real estate leadership to KSR, including leading one of Wall Street’s top-performing advisory teams and guiding major investors through complex market cycles. As senior managing director, he will focus on sourcing and structuring capital markets opportunities across New York City, the Tri-State region, and Florida, leveraging his extensive investor network and expertise in high-growth asset classes and distressed opportunities.
With 25 years of experience in retail leasing and acquisitions, Sabin adds deep transactional and advisory expertise to KSR’s retail leasing division. As senior director, he will focus on identifying opportunities, building tenant and landlord relationships, and supporting leasing efforts across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining KSR, he served as vice president of leasing and acquisitions at Thor Equities, where he led high-profile transactions and advised clients on complex deal structures.
Dwek returns to KSR as senior director after nearly a decade, where he will support tenant and landlord representation and help identify opportunities across the firm’s retail leasing portfolio. His 17 years of brokerage, private investment, and hospitality include leadership roles at Phillwood Holdings, Revive Hospitality Group, and Cushman & Wakefield.
As director of operations, Rogers will be responsible for building internal infrastructure, creating consistent processes, and advancing technology initiatives that include automation and the use of AI to improve firm-wide efficiency. He joins KSR from GJR2/Macro Manage, where he managed a residential portfolio while leading development, leasing, and technology-driven operations strategy. Rogers brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate operations, construction management, and technology strategy, along with advisory work for companies such as Venmo and Squarespace.
“Bringing on professionals of this caliber speaks to the strength of KSR’s platform and the reputation we’ve built in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world,” said Morris Sabbagh, president of KSR. “Each of these leaders brings decades of industry experience and a commitment to thoughtful, results-driven execution, which reflects both what our clients expect from us and what top talent looks for when choosing to join our firm.”
