Brooklyn, NY Erik Serras, principal broker at Ideal Properties Group, and James Guimaraes, licensed real estate salesperson, sold the package of 641 President St. and 682 Union St. in Park Slope for $12.6 million.

The 641 President St. and 682 Union St. building package is spread over three components–residential  and offices at 641 President St., and mixed-use retail/residential component at 682 Union St.

Completed in 2002, 641 President St. is a mixed-use elevator building featuring four apartments above a retail space on the ground floor. There is a shared roof deck and every apartment comes with private outdoor space, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and CCTV security system. At 25 ft. wide, the apartments are open and spacious, standing out from competing rental stock.

Behind the apartments at 641 President is a two-story office building with 17 separate offices, commercial kitchen, and shared conference room. The public spaces are climate controlled, ADA accessible and covered by CCTV cameras.
