Jeff Seidler of Emerald Creek Capital has originated the following four loans totaling $6.363 million: *A $1.75 million bridge loan secured by an 11,150 s/f retail building in the Little India neighborhood of Chicago, IL. * A $1.125 million acquisition loan secured by a two net leased Arby's franchises located in Goshen, IN and Warren, MI. Under the constraint of a 1031 exchange, the loan was provided in five business days. * A $2.338 million bridge loan secured by an 18,640 s/f neighborhood retail center in the Ahwatukee Foothills neighborhood of Phoenix, AZ. * $1.15 million acquisition loan secured by Trumbull Plaza a neighborhood retail centers totaling nearly 190,000 s/f in Warren, OH. The property is dual anchored with K Mart and Sparkle Market.
