Brooklyn, NY In August, Emerald Creek Capital originated a $2.25 million bridge loan. The subject property is a four-story 5,600 s/f mixed-use building located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Containing six residential units and grade retail, the subject property was delivered vacant at closing. Emerald Creek Capital provided the financing required by the borrower to acquire the property as well as funds for renovation. The loan was originated by Jeff Seidler.
