Seider of Pyramid Brokerage Company secures $720,000 sale; Buyer: 3021 Transit Road LLC / Seller: GM & KM Properties LLC
3021 Transit Road LLC has purchased an industrial property located at 3021 Transit Rd. from GM & KM Properties LLC. The sale price for the 12,900 s/f facility on 1.76 acres was $720,000.
David Seider of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction.
