Segall of RKF reps buyer in $18 million sale of UES property at 1151 Third Avenue
RKF arranged the $18 million sale of a 12,250 s/f property located on the borough's Upper East Side at 1151 Third Ave.
Senior director Brian Segall of RKF investment sales & advisory services represented the buyer, 1151 Third Avenue LLC, on the transaction. Gregg Slotnick of HelmsleySpear represented the seller, 201 East 67th Street, LLC.
Located on the northeast corner of 67th St. and Third Ave., 1151 Third Ave. is a five-story commercial building constructed in 1901. Tenants in the building include Lucky Brand on the Ground Floor and Lower Level, and Flywheel and numerous office tenants are on the upper floors.
"The Upper East Side continues to attract plenty of interest from property investors who like the neighborhood's status as a high-end, vibrant retail destination," said Segall of RKF. "1151 Third Ave. is strategically located in the center of this vibrant market, and that made it a highly-attractive investment for the buyer."
