CPEX Real Estate has arranged the sale of 24A 4th St. Associate director Mark Scotto and managing partner Brian Leary of the N.Y. sales team were the exclusive brokers on behalf of the sellers. The 1,457 s/f warehouse sold for $250,000 to a local property owner who will use the additional space to expand his business.
