Sciara joins Nelson & Pope as a partner

Melville, NY Nelson & Pope, a multi-disciplined AEC firm has a new partner, Michael Sciara, RA. He will lead the architecture division at Nelson & Pope. He is an accomplished executive with 20 years of experience in operations, business development, design, planning, permitting and project implementation. Sciara represents clients in a wide range of architectural markets including healthcare, residential, municipal, industrial, commercial, retail and hospitality. Prior to joining Nelson & Pope, he spent many years serving as managing partner of a New York-based regional architectural firm. 

Sciara holds a bachelor of Architecture and master’s degree in Architecture/Urban and Regional Planning from the New York Institute of Technology. Additionally, he is an AIA Member and LEED accredited professional.
