Schwartzberg joins The Advantage Group

The Advantage Group has hired David Schwartzberg, Esq. as senior vice president and foreclosure counsel. Recognized as a leading expert in foreclosure law in New York State, Schwartzberg has been practicing in the foreclosure arena for over 17 years. He has extensive experience in foreclosure actions, title litigation, and actions under Article 15 of the RPAPL, REO transactions, appellate work and commercial litigation. He has worked at some of the larger foreclosure firms and was counsel to the premier foreclosure title company in the state. A member of the 2010 NYSBA Foreclosure Panel, Schwartzberg has represented major financial institutions for their foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction proceedings. He has been counsel to numerous title underwriters handling claims litigation and has argued in the 1st and 2nd Appellate Divisions in New York as well as most of the State Supreme Courts. The Advantage Group has been a leading provider of title insurance, foreclosure services, legal advertising, incorporations and other integrated real estate related services since 1987.
