Schwartz of Adams & Co. represents tenant in 5,090 s/f lease at 1430 Broadway

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a four-year, 5,090 s/f lease at 1430 Broadway for Azteca America, the fastest-growing Spanish language television broadcast network in the U.S. Azteca America, which is owned by Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca, S. A. de C. V., operates in over 65 broadcast markets in the U.S. In addition to broadcast television, Azteca platforms include cable, satellite, web and mobile. The Spanish station combines over 200,000 hours of originally programming with news from the local bureaus of 32 Mexican states. Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Ricky Kramer of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Realties Fourteen Thirty. Built in 1955, the 22-story property has on-site security and 24/7 access. The building is centrally located near Times Sq. and Bryant Park. Notable tenants include Samsung America, Inc. and DuPont De Nemours Co. with retail tenant Duane Reade. "Azteca America came to us because they outgrew their previous office space. 1430 Broadway was the perfect location for the company because it is still very central and the right size for their needs," said Schwartz. Adams & Co. is among the top five leasing companies in N.Y.C., as measured by total s/f. The full-service real estate firm is responsible for millions of s/f of office space and provides property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout the city by teaming experience with innovation.
